Energean PLC - gas exploration and production company in the Mediterranean - Non-Executive Director Efstathios Topouzoglou buys 60,000 shares via OilCo Investments Ltd. Topouzoglou buys 30,000 shares at GBP6.57 on Friday last week and 30,000 at GBP6.40 on Monday, together worth GBP389,100.

Berkeley Group Holdings PLC - Cobham, England-based housebuilder - Chair Glyn Barker buys 2,400 shares at GBP46.26, worth GBP111,019, on Friday last week.

TheWorks.co.uk PLC - Birmingham-based retailer of arts, crafts, toys, books and stationery - Senior Independent Director Harry Morley buys 46,189 shares at 59.6 pence, worth GBP27,529, on Tuesday. Horley now has 146,189 shares, a 0.2% stake. TheWorks on Tuesday announces Dean Hoyle will step down as chair in September, replaced by Carolyn Bradley, who will join the board at that time. Bradley is a former executive of supermarket chain Tesco PLC and currently senior independent director of travel food firm SSP Group PLC, among other board roles. The Works also reports a GBP2.8 million pretax loss for the financial year that ended May 2, narrowed from GBP18.0 million the year before.
