LONDON (Alliance News) - BBGI SICAV SA on Friday said that Co-CEO's Duncan Ball and Frank Schramm sold shares in the company.
On Thursday, Ball sold 319,000 shares at 155.91 pence each for a total of GBP497,352. After the deal, Ball now holds 430,679 shares in the company.
On the same day, Schramm sold the same number of shares at the same price also for GBP497,352. Schramm now holds 418,080 shares in BBGI SICAV.
"The sale of these shares is being undertaken to pay tax and for personal portfolio planning purposes with neither of the Co-CEOs having sold any shares in the company since its IPO in 2011," the company clarified.
BBGI SICAV shares were trading up 1.3% at 155.06p.
