LONDON (Alliance News) - BBA Aviation PLC said Monday that Chief Executive Simon Pryce sold 85,000 shares at 321.259 pence per share on Friday.
Following the sale, Pryce's holding in the aviation services firm totals 989,720 shares, about 0.3% of the total.
BBA Aviation shares were quoted Monday morning at 326.60p, up 0.70p.
