(Alliance News) - BATM Advanced Communications Ltd on Tuesday said Chair Gideon Chitayat purchased 159,000 shares in the company at 38.3 pence per share.
Chitayat's purchase took place on Monday this week and was worth GBP60,897. His interest following the deal was in 3.2 million shares, equivalent to a 0.7% stake.
Also, on Monday and at the same 38.3p share price, Chief Executive Zvi Marom bought 100,000 shares for a total of GBP38,300. Marom's holding following the deal was 96.8 million shares or a 22% interest.
Shares in BATM were up 1.7% at 38.94p in London on Tuesday in midday trading.
The data and telecommunications technology provider on Monday, the same day as the above transactions, reported it had improved its cyber security offering to make it compatible for Arm Holdings architecture and Intel Corp-based platforms. The product will be available in 2020.
