DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Barratt Developments Chair John Allan Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Barratt Developments PLC said Tuesday Chairman John Allan acquired shares worth GBP48,383 in a transaction on Monday.

Allan - chairman since August 2014 - bought 9,000 shares at 537.586 pence each. Shares in Barratt were 1.0% lower at 534.00 pence on Tuesday.

After the transaction, Allan held 51,705 shares in the housebuilder. At the trading price on Tuesday, Allan's holding is worth around GBP276,105.
