(Alliance News) - Residential property developer Barratt Developments PLC said Wednesday that Chief Executive David Thomas sold GBP3.3 million worth of shares in the company.
Thomas sold 500,000 shares at 660.00 pence each in a transaction on Tuesday and now holds 823,188 company shares. Shares in Barratt closed 1.8% down at 646.17 pence each in London on Wednesday.
