LONDON (Alliance News) - Baronsmead Venture Trust PLC said that Chair Peter Lawrence and his wife Sandra together sold around GBP10,150 in stock on Tuesday.
Peter sold 9,093 shares at a price of 71.5 pence per share, while Sandra disposed of 5,734 shares at the same price.
It has not been disclosed how many shares the Lawrence's now holds.
Shares in the trust closed up 0.9% at 72.65 pence on Tuesday.
