(Alliance News) - Baronsmead Venture Trust PLC on Monday said Chair Peter Lawrence and three associates bought a total of 388,348 shares on Friday.
Peter Lawrence purchased 121,359 shares at 82.40 pence each for a total of GBP99,999.
Associates Louise Lawrence and Michael Lawrence both also purchased 121,359 shares each, at the same price too, each parting with GBP99,999 in total.
Sandra Lawrence purchased 24,271 shares, also at 82.40p each, for a total of GBP19,999.
Share in the trust closed 1.0% lower at 75.50p each on Monday in London.
The chair's total holding following the transactions was not disclosed.
