LONDON (Alliance News) - Baring Emerging Europe PLC said that Director Calum Thomson bought 1,764 shares for 844.96 pence each on Wednesday.

Thomson's total shareholding following the purchase, if any, was not disclosed.

Shares in the company closed at 836.00p, down 1.1%.
