LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 100-listed bank Barclays PLC on Wednesday said its Chief Operating Officer Paul Compton has sold shares worth GBP2.1 million.
Compton sold 1.0 million shares at a price of GBP2.05 each in a transaction Wednesday.
On Thursday last week, Barclays reported a GBP236.0 million loss for the first quarter of 2018 after a settlement with the US Department of Justice, having posted GBP1.68 billion of profit for the same period a year earlier.
Shares were down 0.2% on Wednesday at 205.10p.
