LONDON (Alliance News) - Barclays PLC Thursday said Non-Executive Director Mike Ashley bought 31,093 shares at 159.1217 pence per share on Wednesday.
Following the purchase, Ashley holds 60,516 shares.
The stock was down 1.1% at 154.75p Thursday.
