LONDON (Alliance News) - Barclays PLC Friday said Skip McGee, a divisional executive was allotted 26,336 shares at a price of GBP2.3400 per share and 3,63 American Depositary Shares at USD16.37 each.
The company also said a group of executives including Valerie Soranno Keating, a divisional executive acquired shares at GBP2.3400 each as part of a dividend re-investment, outlined below.

Furthermore, Chief Risk Officer Robert Le Blanc and Ashok Vaswani, a divisional chief executive acquired 4 shares and 54 shares respectively at GBP2.3327 each.
Barclays shares closed up 0.5% at 245.34 pence Friday.
