LONDON (Alliance News) - Barclays PLC Friday said Ashok Vaswani, a divisional chief executive, acquired 831 shares at a price of GBP2.5242 each last Wednesday under the share purchase plan.
Barclays shares were trading down 1.5% at 241.10 pence Friday.
