LONDON (Alliance News) - Bank of Georgia Holdings PLC on Friday said Deputy Chief Executive of Retail Banking Mikheil Gomarteli sold 15,000 shares in the company for 1,929 pence per share on Wednesday.
Gomarteli now holds 105,601 shares in the company, representing a 0.27% stake in its issued share capital.
Shares in Bank of Georgia were down 1.3% to 1,888.00 pence on Friday.
