LONDON (Alliance News) - Bank of Georgia Holdings PLC Friday said divisional chiefs Murtaz Kikoria and Sulkhan Gvalia sold shares in the Georgian financial services company.
Gvalia sold 8,566 shares at a share price of GBP21.71 Wednesday. Following the sale Gvalia continues to hold 130,237 shares, representing approximately 0.36% of the share capital of the company.
Kikoria sold 13,000 shares at a price of GBP20.62, 15 November and now holds 113,000 shares, representing approximately 0.31% of the share capital.
Shares in the Bank Of Georgia were off 0.1% at 2,163.57 pence Friday morning.
