LONDON (Alliance News) - Bank of Georgia Holdings PLC Monday said divisional chiefs Murtaz Kikoria and Sulkhan Gvalia sold shares in the Georgian financial services company.
Kikoria sold 20,000 shares at a share price of GBP24.74 each Thursday. Following the sale, Kikoria holds 103,000 vested and unvested shares, representing approximately 0.29% of the share capital of the company.
Gvalia sold 7,024 shares at a price of GBP24.83 each Tuesday and 3,137 shares on Wednesday at GBP24.82 each and now holds 143,176 vested and unvested shares, representing approximately 0.40% of the share capital.
Shares in the Bank Of Georgia were off 6.00 pence at 2,473.00 pence Monday morning.
