LONDON (Alliance News) - Bank of Georgia Holdings PLC Thursday said Mikheil Gomarteli, a divisional deputy chief executive sold 15,274 shares at a price of GBP23.85 last Friday and sold an additional 9,726 shares at GBP23.55 Monday.
Following this transaction, Gomarteli continues to hold 127,900 shares, representing approximately 0.36% of the share capital.
Shares in the Georgian bank were down 1.6% at 2,316.00 pence Thursday morning.
