LONDON (Alliance News) - Bank of Georgia Holdings PLC Tuesday said Archil Gachechiladze, a divisional deputy chief executive exercised options in respect of 47,500 at no cost with 9,500 shares being withheld to meet tax liabilities.
This resulted in a net number of 38,000 shares received under the senior executive equity compensation plan Monday, said the firm.
Shares in Bank of Georgia were trading up 1.2% at 2,370.00 pence Tuesday.
