LONDON (Alliance News) - Bahamas Petroleum Company PLC said that non-executive director Edward Shallcross bought 200,000 shares on Friday at a price of 4.58 pence apiece.
Following the acquisition, Shallcross holds 320,000 shares, representing 0.03% of the company. Shallcross also holds 1.5 million options over shares.
The oil-and-gas explorer's shares were quoted early Tuesday at 4.63 pence per share, up 0.13p or 2.9%.
