BAE Systems PLC - London-based aerospace company - Chief Technology & Information Officer Julian Cracknell sells 8,000 at GBP19.36 each, GBP154,880 in total last week Friday. Sam Cracknell, a person closely associated, sells 45,000 shares on the same date for GBP19.42 each, GBP873,675 in total. The director's interest in BAE shares following the sales is not stated.

British American Tobacco PLC - London-based maker of cigarette and vaping products - James Barrett, director for Business Development, sells 4,915 shares in BAT at GBP36.73 each, GBP180,541 in total. The sale was made on Friday. Barrett's stake following the transaction is not stated.

Berkeley Group Holdings PLC - Cobham, England-based housebuilder - Chief Executive Robert Perrins buys 13,000 shares at GBP38.46 each, around GBP50,000 in total. Purchase is made on Friday. The CEO's stake following the buy is not stated. Perrins will move the position of executive chair. Berkeley Chair Michael Dobson will step down at the annual general meeting on September 5. Chief Financial Officer Richard Stearn will become CEO. Berkeley also on Friday reported pretax profit of GBP528.9 million for the financial year ended April 30, down 5.1% from GBP557.3 million the prior year. Revenue edged up to GBP2.49 billion from GBP2.46 billion.

Ibstock PLC - Leicestershire, England-based building products supplier - Non-Executive Chair Richard Akers buys 100,000 shares at GBP1.55 each, GBP155,000 in total, on Thursday. The shares represent the chair's only shareholding in Ibstock. Richard Akers replaced Jonathan Nicholls as Ibstock chair, who stepped down after the AGM in May.
