LONDON (Alliance News) - Defence contractor BAE Systems PLC on Friday said Non-Executive Director Elizabeth Corley bought shares in the company on Thursday.
Corley bought 100,000 shares at 511.00 pence apiece, BAE said. Her total holding following the purchase was not disclosed.
Corley, the former chief executive of investment manager Allianz Global Investors, joined the BAE board in February.
BAE shares were up 0.7% to 527.50p.
