LONDON (Alliance News) - Engineering services provider Babcock International Group PLC said two directors of the company and an associate acquired shares in three separate transactions on Thursday.
Chief Executive Archie Bethel bought 12,000 shares at a price of 560.9 pence each, worth GBP67,308, while Non-Executive Director Mike Turner purchased 7,500 shares at 566.4p each, totalling GBP42,480.
Finally, Tracey Martinelli, a person closely associated with Finance Director Franco Martinelli, bought 7,000 shares at a price of 550p each, worth GBP38,500.
FTSE 250-listed Babcock International shares were trading 3.0% higher on Thursday at 583.00p each.
