LONDON (Alliance News) - B&M European Value Retail SA Tuesday said Chief Executive Officer Sundeep Arora and Trading Director Bobby Arora each sold 4.7 million shares due to an over-allotment option at a price of GBP2.70 per share in deals worth about GBP25 million in total Friday.
The company also said Robin Arora, a connected person to Sundeep Arora, sold 7.2 million shares held directly and indirectly at the same price in a deal worth approximately GBP19.4 million.
The discount store operator's stock closed at 270.50 pence up 0.9% Tuesday.
