LONDON (Alliance News) - Avon Rubber PLC said Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Nicholas Keveth bought shares in the company for a total of GBP20,334.
Keveth bought 1,433 shares at 1,419 pence each. His holding after the transaction was not disclosed.
Shares in Avon Rubber closed down 0.4% at 1,420.00p on Wednesday.
