(Alliance News) - AVI Global Trust PLC on Wednesday said a person closely associated with Director Joseph Bauernfreund sold shares in the investment company.
Judith Bauernfreund disposed of 2,500 shares at a price of 874.39 pence each, totalling GBP21,860.
Following this transaction, the total number of shares owned by Bauernfreund and his family has decreased to 179,145 shares.
AVI Global Trust shares closed 0.7% higher on Wednesday in London at 876.00p each.
