LONDON (Alliance News) - Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holding PLC on Tuesday said that President & Chief Executive Officer Andrew Palmer, Chief Financial Officer Mark Wilson and Chair Penelope Hughes all bought shares in the company.
Palmer acquired 22,658 shares in the luxury sports car manufacturer on Monday at 876.1 pence each for a total of GBP198,506.
On the same day, Wilson bought 5,664 shares at the same price for GBP49,622 and Hughes took up 5,474 shares for GBP47,957.
None of the directors total holding in the company following the acquisitions was disclosed.
Aston Martin shares were trading 4.5% higher on Tuesday afternoon at 930.30p each.
