Big Yellow Group PLC - Bagshot, Surrey-based self-storage provider - Spouse of Chair Nicholas Vetch, Catherine Vetch, sells 240,000 shares at 1,569.49 pence each during a transaction on Thursday. The sale amounted to GBP3.8 million in total and along with a GBP1.7 million sale the chair made himself on August 27, was made "for the payment of taxes". After the sale, Vetch and his family have a 3.5% stake in the company.

IntegraFin Holdings PLC - London-based investment platform - Patrick Sweeney, an associate of Chief Operating Officer Judith Davidson, sells 135,000 shares over three transactions between Wednesday and Thursday. On Thursday, Sweeney sells 35,000 shares for GBP5.80, GBP203,000 in total, before selling a further 10,000 at GBP5.83, GBP58,313 in total. Then on Friday, Sweeney sells 90,000 shares at GBP5.85 each, GBP526,500 in total. Combined, Sweeney sells GBP787,813 worth of shares.

Frasers Group PLC - Shirebrook, Derbyshire-based retailer which owns Sports Direct - Non-Executive Chair David Daly sells 7,358 shares at GBP6.76, GBP49,744 in total, in a transaction on Thursday.

Barratt Developments PLC - Leicestershire-based housebuilder - Chair John Allan buys 5,530 shares at GBP7.23 each, GBP39,982 in total, in a transaction on Friday. Allan now holds 82,235 shares in the housebuilder.

Jupiter Fund Management PLC - investment manager - Non-Executive Director Dale Murray buys 40,000 shares at GBP2.70 each, GBP107,800 in total. Murray's stake following the sale was not disclosed.
