LONDON (Alliance News) - Asian Plantations Ltd Friday said Chairman Tan Sri Datuk Amar Leonard Linggi acquired 25,000 shares via his company Keresa Plantations at a price of 200 pence per share Thursday.
Following this transaction, Keresa is now the holder of 13.7 million shares, representing approximately 29.30% of the issued share capital of the company.
Shares in the Malaysian palm oil plantation company were down 0.6% at 199.32 pence Friday.
