LONDON (Alliance News) - Asian Plantations Ltd Monday said East Pacific Capital Ltd a company wholly owned by Dennis Melka, Joint Chief Executive Officer, acquired 25,000 shares in the company at 200 pence each.
Following this transaction, East Pacific is now the holder of approximately 4.60% of the issued share capital of the company. Melka's beneficial holding stands at 2.4 million shares equating to 5.13% of he share capital.
Shares in the palm oil plantation company were down 2.24% at 196.00 pence Monday afternoon.
