LONDON (Alliance News) - Asian Plantations Ltd Thursday said Joint Chief Executive Officer Dennis Melka acquired 14,000 shares at 200 pence each.
This transaction means Melka is the beneficial holder of 2.4 million shares, representing approximately 5.19% of the firm's share capital.
Shares in the oil plantation company were down 1.2% at 196.60 pence Thursday afternoon.
