LONDON (Alliance News) - Ashmore Group PLC said that Antonia Shippey, wife of Finance Director Tom Shippey sold 108,593 shares over two days for a total of GBP455,197.
On Thursday, 97,877 shares were sold at a price of 419.00 pence per share.
On Friday, 10,716 shares were sold for 420.80p each.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Shippey now holds in total.
Shares in Ashmore Group closed up 0.1% at 419.40 pence on Friday.
