Frasers Group PLC - Shirebrook, England-based owner of the Sports Direct, Frasers and Flannels retail chains - Founder and 73% shareholder Mike Ashley pledges 26.6 million Frasers shares, a 5.9% stake and worth about GBP200 million, to HSBC Private Bank as security for a derivatives trading facility.

Spectris PLC - London-based supplier of precision instrumentation and controls - Three directors buy 21,664 shares in total on Tuesday. Chair Mark Williamson buys 12,116 shares at 2,476.03p, worth GBP299,996. Non-Executive Director Mandy Gradden buys 7,898 at 2,506.62p, worth GBP197,973. Chief Financial Officer Angela Noon buys 1,650 at EUR30.60, worth EUR50,490.

Hiscox Ltd - Hamilton, Bermuda-based business insurance provider - Chief Executive Officer Aki Hussain and CFO Paul Cooper each buy 10,000 shares at GBP10.23, worth GBP204,600 in total, on Thursday. Hiscox provided a trading update on Thursday, saying insurance contract written premiums increased by 3.0% in the third quarter from a year before, but it expects to take a USD75 million hit from Hurricane Milton in the fourth quarter.

Adriatic Metals PLC - Vares silver mine in Bosnia - CEO Laura Tyler buys 23,811 shares as Chess depositary interests at AUD4.20, worth AUD100,006, about GBP51,220, on Tuesday in Australia. Tyler was confirmed as the Sarajevo-based permanent CEO & managing director for Adriatic Metals last month, having been interim CEO since August.

Asos PLC - London-based online-only fashion retailer - Chief Financial Officer Dave Murray buys 5,800 shares at GBP3.46, worth GBP20,167, on Tuesday. The shares are his only holding, having joined Asos in April. Asos on Tuesday reported lower revenue and a wider annual loss, but said it is on track with its "back to fashion" turnaround strategy.
