LONDON (Alliance News) - Ashley House PLC said Non-Executive Chairman Christopher Lyons bought GBP3,127 worth of shares in the company on Tuesday.
Lyons bought 31,000 ordinary shares in the company at 10.09 pence per share. He now owns 400,500 shares, or a 0.67% interest in the company.
Shares in the construction consultancy firm were down 1.5% at 10.00 pence in afternoon trade on Tuesday.
