LONDON (Alliance News) - ARM Holdings PLC said Monday that Dipesh Patel exercised last Wednesday options over 4,620 shares under the microprocessor designer's Save As You Earn Share Option Scheme.
Patel is executive vice president and general manager of ARM's physical IP division.
The shares were acquired at an option price of 1.984 pence per share. Patel's total resultant holding is 69,435 shares.
ARM was trading Monday at 914.00 pence per share, up 21.50p or 2.4%.
