DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Ariana Resources Chairman Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - AIM-listed mining company Ariana Resources PLC on Friday said Chairman Michael de Villiers bought shares on Thursday.

De Villiers acquired 2 million shares at a price 1.33 pence.

Following this purchase, De Villiers' total shareholding in the company is 42 million shares representing 4% of the company's issued share capital.

Shares closed up 1.4% at 1.37p each on Friday.
