LONDON (Alliance News) - Arden Partners PLC Tuesday said Chairman Luke Johnson and Deputy Chairman Jonathan Keeling bought shares in the institutional stockbroker on Monday.
Johnson and Keeling each bought 20,500 shares at 22.573 pence per share.
Arden Partners last Thursday said its pretax loss narrowed in the first half of its financial year on flat revenue.
Arden said it made a GBP700,000 pretax loss in the six months to the end of April from a GBP1.2 million loss made a year prior. Revenue in the half was flat at GBP2.7 million.
The stock was up 6.7% at 24.00p Tuesday.
