(Alliance News) - Mining royalty firm Anglo Pacific Group PLC said on Monday Chief Executive Julian Treger bought shares in a number of transactions last week.
On Thursday last week, Treger bought 30,000 shares at a price of 183.60 pence each, for GBP55,080.
London-based Anglo Pacific also said between Wednesday and Friday Kings Chapel International Ltd, which is closely associated to Treger, sold 243,158 shares at 183.51p each for GBP446,219. This, it said, was part of a move by Kings Chapel to rebalance its investments.
Following these transactions, Treger now holds 5.5 million shares, alongside closely associated entities, representing just over 3% of Anglo Pacific's shares.
The stock closed 2.0% higher on Monday in London at 181.00p.
