LONDON (Alliance News) - Mining royalties company Anglo Pacific Group PLC on Friday said its management team acquired shares in the business on Thursday.
Anglo Pacific said Chief Executive Julian Treger bought 20,000 shares at 63.50 pence per share, raising his total holding to 5.4 million shares, or 3.2% of the company.
Chief Financial Officer Kevin Flynn bought 7,500 shares at 65.00p per share, taking his holding to 17,418 shares.
And Carolyn Blyth, the wife of Chairman Michael Blyth, bought 10,000 shares, also at 65.00p. Blyth's total beneficial holding is now 104,822 shares.
The shares were bought the same day the company said its royalty income rose in the third quarter despite the pressure on commodities markets.
Anglo Pacific shares were down 0.8% to 64.25p on Friday.
