LONDON (Alliance News) - Amerisur Resources PLC said that Independent Non-Executive Director Stephen Foss bought GBP35,000 worth of shares in the oil and gas company on Wednesday.
The South America focused company said Foss acquired 200,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 17.5 pence per share. Following the transaction, Foss holds 800,000 shares, which represents a total of 0.07% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in Amerisur were trading 14% higher at 17.46 pence each on Wednesday afternoon.
