DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Alumasc Non-Executive Director Buys 20,000 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Alumasc Group PLC said on Tuesday that non-executive director David Armfield bought 20,000 company's ordinary shares at 130.00 pence each, for a total cost of GBP26,000 last Friday.

The amount of shares held by Armfield after the purchase wasn't disclosed.

Alumasc shares were down 0.6% at 128.70 pence per share on Tuesday.
