LONDON (Alliance News) - Altus Strategies PLC on Monday said Chief Executive Steven Poulton and co-founder Matthew Grainger purchased shares in the copper company, both in separate transactions on Friday last week.
Poulton bought 617,400 shares at a price of 3 pence each, worth GBP18,522, while Grainger acquired 50,000 shares at 4p each, totalling GBP2,000.
Shares in Altus Strategies were trading flat on Monday at 4.00p each.
Following these transaction, Poulton held 25.2 million shares, representing 14.2% interest. Grainger's holding totalled 9.2 million shares, representing 5.2% holding.
