LONDON (Alliance News) - Alliance Pharma PLC said Non-Executive Director Anthony Booley sold 1.2 million shares at 37 pence each on Tuesday.
The company said Booley's wife Lynette Booley also sold 1 million shares at the same price.
The total value of the two deals is GBP797,350 gross.
Following this transaction, the Booleys' total beneficial interest is 2.1 million shares, representing approximately 0.78% of the issued share capital.
Shares in the speciality pharmaceutical company were up 0.7% at 38.50p Tuesday afternoon.
