LONDON (Alliance News) - Akers Biosciences Inc on Thursday said Chief Executive John Gormally on Tuesday made five separate share purchases, and now holds 2,500 shares in the company.
Gormally purchased 69 shares at USD2.19 per share, 1,000 shares at USD2.20 per share, 100 shares at USD2.23 per share, 200 shares at USD2.24 per share and 1,131 shares at USD2.25 shares.
Following the transactions, Gormally holds 2,500 shares, or a 0.05% stake, in Akers Biosciences.
Shares in Akers Biosciences were untraded on Thursday, having last traded at 131.00 pence.
