Now has 93.7 million shares, a 22.8% stake. On Thursday, AJ Bell reported a rise in annual profit and revenue and recommended a special dividend to return surplus capital to shareholders.

Chief Financial Officer Stephanie Bruce buys 52,948 shares at 234.15 pence, worth GBP123,978. Both on Friday. Non-Executive Director Hannah Grove buys 33,000 shares at 230.00p, worth GBP75,000, on Thursday. Grove joined the board in September.
