(Alliance News) - Telecommunications company Airtel Africa PLC on Friday said that an associate firm of Director Shravin Mittal bought GBP2.2 million worth of shares in the company.
Bharti Global Ltd bought 2.8 million shares in several transactions in the period between Tuesday and Wednesday.
Shares in Airtel Africa were closed 0.9% lower at 78.25 pence each on Thursday in London.
