LONDON (Alliance News) - Afren PLC Tuesday said a group of executives were awarded and sold shares following a 2011 share plan vesting.
Chief Executive Osman Shahenshah was awarded 788,644 shares and sold 371,965 shares at a price of GBP1.42 per share Monday. Following this transaction, Shahenshah holds 6.3 million shares, which represents 0.57% stake in the firm.
Finance Director Darra Comyn was awarded 473,186 shares and sold 223,179 shares, and Chief Operating Officer Shahid Ullah was awarded 530,048 shares and sold 223,137 shares, all at the same price.
Shares in the oil and gas company were trading at 138.50 pence down 0.6% Tuesday midday.
