LONDON (Alliance News) - Advanced Oncotherapy PLC on Friday said a company owned by Non-Executive Director Michael Bradfield bought shares in the firm on Thursday.
Fairford Capital Ltd, owned by Bradfield, bought 10,000 shares at 112.00 pence per share. Bradfield now owns 5.0 million Advanced Oncotherapy shares, or an 8.9% stake in the business.
Shares in the company, which is developing proton therapy systems for cancer treatment, were up 7.7% to 119.00p Friday.
