(Alliance News) - AdEPT Technology Group PLC, a provider of managed services for IT, unified communications, connectivity and voice solutions, on Monday said that Chair Ian Fishwick bought 36,488 ordinary shares at an average price of 219 pence per share on Friday, worth GBP79,908 in total.
Following the purchase, Fishwick is interested in 747,811 shares, representing a 3.0% stake in the company.
Shares in the company were trading 2.3% higher at 226.00p each in London on Monday afternoon.
