LONDON (Alliance News) - Adept PLC Tuesday said Chief Executive Ian Fishwick and Chief Operating Officer Amanda Woodruffe sold 300,000 and 25,000 shares, respectively, at 130 pence each in order to satisfy demand from a new institutional investor.
Following the transaction, Fishwick holds 1.5 million shares, which represents 0.8% of the issued share capital and Woodrufffe holds 73,209 shares representing 0.3% of the issued share capital of the company.
The company also said Allan Gauld sold 125,000 shares at 130 pence each and his beneficial interest is now 860,000 shares equating to 3.9% of the issued share capital of the company.
Shares in the telecommunications services company were down 4.46% at 128.50 pence Tuesday morning.
