LONDON (Alliance News) - Adept Telecom PLC Tuesday said Chief Executive Officer Ian Fishwick exercised share options over 600,000 shares at 30 pence per share under a company share option scheme.
The company also said Chief Operating Officer Amanda Woodruffe exercised options over 60,000 shares under the scheme at 42 pence each.
Following the transaction, Fishwick has a total shareholding of 1.8 million shares, which represents 8.1% of the company. Woodruffe holds 98,209 shares equating to 0.45%.
Earlier Tuesday, AdEPT announced it would double its interim dividend, as it posted rising pretax profits for the half year ended September 30, despite a small decline in revenue.
Shares in the UK-based telecommunications company were down 5.0% at 142.08 pence Tuesday afternoon.
